Privilege
Poster created for an outdoor exhibition composed of 25 posters on the theme of “Privilege” in the streets of Hamburg, Germany. I addressed the theme through a well-known historical photograph of a blond child “riding” a black maid as a metaphor for the privileges stemming from the cruel social and racial inequality still ingrained in our society today, in a rigged game where the rider closes their eyes and speaks while the mount sees everything but is silent. The thematic exhibition is annual and always focuses on current issues such as housing, energy, democracy, and others. It is a traveling exhibition, having previously circulated in other European cities.
